Your Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support to our global customers regarding the product portfolio of Franka Robotics GmbH
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues via the ticket system, remote support, or directly on-site at the customer's location
• Conduct commissioning, repair visits, and customer workshops both on-site and in-house
• Interface between Customer Support, Development, Sales, and Product Management
• Knowledge transfer and stakeholder to our international partners and subsidiaries regarding the aforementioned product portfolio
• Escalation management

• Bachelor's degree or state-certified technician in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or comparable qualifications.
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in customer support and field service
• Extensive experience in robotics and automation technology
• Knowledge of high-level programming languages (e.g., ROS), experience with SAP, and Linux operating systems is desirable
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 60% of the time, primarily within Europe and North America
• Class B driver's license / internationally valid driver's license
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills, as well as intercultural competence
